A few free programs provided to you by Maturo Consulting for your use.

Dequote - A Microsoft Windows program to remove ">" (quotes) from email messages before you forward them on. To install, download the zip file, unzip it to a directory, and run setup.exe in that directory.

DirFix - A Microsoft Windows program to fix a read-only directory (perhaps from copying a CD to your hard drive). To install, download the zip file, unzip it to a directory, and run setup.exe in that directory.

TrackLister - A Microsoft Windows program to list tracks in your albums. It uses the ID3 tag information in the file, if available, and if not uses reasonable defaults, such as the directory name as the album name, the file name as the song title, and the number of the file in the directory as the track number. It will accept either a single directory, or a number of directories. You can tell it to stop at that directory level, or to recurse through all directories in tree below the ones you gave it. It silently ignores non-song files. The listing produced is by album, track, and song title, and can be copied to the clip board for pasting into the program of your choice.

DirLister - A Microsoft Windows program to create a listing of a directory that can be copied and pasted as text, or can be printed, directly from the program itself.
